Put Your Site on Autopilot
Set Agentic to run the work with the right guardrails.
Put Your Site on Autopilot
Agentic is your autonomous SEO team. It scans your site continuously and fixes content inside your existing design, and it gives you a feed where you can ask for bigger changes. The goal of this lesson is to hand the site over safely. You do not flip one switch and walk away. You start with everything held for your approval, watch what the team actually does, then graduate specific kinds of work to full-auto once you trust them.
You will find all of this on the Agentic page in your Vibe SEO dashboard.
Why it works this way
The team can already do routine SEO on its own without touching your theme. What matters is control. Agentic governs every action separately. Each one is either Full auto, which applies the moment the change is made, or Approval needed, which holds the change for you to approve or reject. New teams default to Approval on everything, so nothing goes live until you have seen it. That review period is also how the team learns your style, because every rejection you explain feeds back into how it works on your site.
Step 1: Confirm Agentic is active
At the top of the page you should see a green dot and "Agentic is active." If it says it is not active, enter your access key in the Access key box and click Save key. That key must match the Agentic product shown in your account. When it matches, you will see "Agentic add-on active on this key."
Step 2: Turn the team on, but keep everything on Approval
Scroll to the settings box. Check Turn the SEO team on. This is the master switch. When it is on, the team scans your site and does its work. When it is off, everything pauses instantly.
Turning the team on does not mean changes go live. What needs your sign-off is set per action, right below the switch. Leave the whole What the team may do on its own table set to Approval needed for now. That covers meta descriptions, title tags, content rewrites, heading structure, internal links, schema markup, blog posts, new pages, Google Business posts, Google review replies, and outreach drafts.
Set your Daily change limit while you are here. The default is 30. Click Save.
Step 3: Review the feed every day for two to three weeks
Now the team works, but everything queues up. Watch three areas.
The Pending your approval card lists changes the team is holding. Each row shows the action, the page, and what it wants to do. Click Approve to apply a change, or Reject and type why. That reason box is not busywork. It is how the team learns your preferences, so be specific when you reject.
Today's report summarizes each night's run: pages optimized, published, in progress, issues scanned, plus a before and after score for each optimized page. Your first report appears after the first overnight run.
Pages and posts your team created lists new blogs and pages. Click any title to view it. Drafts are held for you before they go live.
Also check What your agents did at the bottom, which is the full activity log of every change with a link to the page.
Step 4: Graduate the actions you trust to Full auto
After two to three weeks you will know which kinds of work the team gets right consistently. Go back to the settings table and flip those specific actions to Full auto, one at a time. Most people start with the low-risk, high-volume items like meta descriptions, title tags, and internal links, then add schema and heading fixes. Keep the higher-stakes actions like new pages, Google review replies, and outreach on Approval longer. Click Save after each change. You are never locked in. Move anything back to Approval whenever you want.
Step 5: Use the Agentic Feed for anything bigger
For requests beyond routine SEO, use the Agentic Feed chat box. Type things like a phone number change across the whole site, a design refresh, or new pages for your service area. The team asks any questions it needs, shows you a plan, and only proceeds once you confirm. If the agents are between runs, your message is saved and picked up on the next pass.
What good looks like
A healthy setup has the master switch on, a daily change limit you are comfortable with, your trusted actions on Full auto, and the rest still on Approval. The Pending card stays short because you clear it daily. The daily report shows scores climbing.
Common mistakes
Do not rush everything to Full auto on day one. The whole point of the review window is to build trust and train the team first. Do not reject changes without a reason, because a blank rejection teaches it nothing. And remember the master switch pauses the team but does not decide what goes live. That is the per-action table.
