Managing and Upgrading Your Plan
Your Vibe SEO plan controls one thing above all: how many websites you can run the plugin on at once. This lesson shows you where to see your plan, how to add sites, how to move to a higher tier, and how billing changes happen. It is all self-service from your account portal.
What your plan covers
Vibe SEO has three self-serve plugin tiers, and each one is defined by a domain limit:
- Single Domain covers 1 site and lists at $45/mo.
- 3 Domains covers 3 sites and lists at $75/mo.
- Unlimited Domains covers any number of sites and lists at $129/mo.
The plugin activates on a site with an access key, and one key locks to one domain. Your plan simply sets how many keys you may hold at once. On a Single plan you hold one, on 3 Domains you hold three, and on Unlimited there is no cap.
Where this lives
Log in to your portal at the /my-account/ page. You sign in with the email on your subscription at the branded Vibe SEO sign-in screen, and you land on My Account automatically. Under the Your products section, the Vibe SEO Plugin window shows your plan name, the domains it covers, and how many are in use, for example "3 Domains, 1 in use." Below that is a table listing each access key, its status (Active, Awaiting activation, or Canceled), the site it is activated on, and the next billing date.
Adding another site within your plan
If your plan covers more domains than you are using, you will see a green + Add a key button in the plugin window. Click it, and Vibe SEO generates a fresh access key bound to your existing subscription, so it bills as one plan with no extra charge. Copy the new key and paste it into the Vibe SEO Settings page on the site you want to activate. This is how a 3 Domains buyer brings their second and third sites online, and how an Unlimited buyer adds as many as they need.
If you are already using every domain your plan allows, the + Add a key button disappears and a note appears: you are using all your domains, so reassign one to a new site or upgrade your plan to add more.
Reassigning a domain
To move the plugin from one site to another without changing your plan, click Reassign domain on that key's row. Vibe SEO cancels the old key immediately and issues a brand new one for the same subscription. The plugin on the old site locks itself out within about 24 hours, or right away if you click Re-validate on that site's Settings page. Paste the new key on the new site to activate it. Your billing does not change; only the key moves.
Upgrading to a higher tier
When a higher tier exists above your current one, a purple Upgrade button appears (Unlimited buyers do not see it, since it is the top tier). Click it and a modal lists the tiers you can move up to, each with its price and how many domains it covers. Pick one, then confirm.
Vibe SEO swaps the price on your existing Stripe subscription and charges the prorated difference for the rest of your current billing period right away. From your next renewal you pay the new monthly rate. Your existing keys keep working the whole time, and the extra domains unlock the moment the upgrade goes through, so the + Add a key button becomes available immediately. You also get a confirmation email naming your new tier and how many domains it now covers.
Two limits to know. The portal only moves you up, not down, so you cannot downgrade a tier here. And upgrading only works if your subscription is billed through Stripe. If it is not, the portal tells you to email support to switch you over.
Managing billing and cancelling
Each key row has a Cancel button. Cancelling schedules the key to end at the close of your current billing period, so it stays active until then and then deactivates automatically. There is no prorated refund for time already paid. When a key deactivates, the plugin stops working on that site and you lose access to its virtual pages, dashboard stats, scanner results, and other cached data, and none of it transfers anywhere. Export anything you need first. For add-on products like Agentic and G Money, a Manage billing button opens Stripe's hosted portal where you can update your card and view invoices.
Pro tips and common mistakes
- Add a key, do not rebuy. If you own 3 Domains and only activated one site, use + Add a key for the others. Buying a second subscription is a common and avoidable mistake.
- Reassign, do not cancel, when you are just moving sites. Cancelling ends billing and wipes data. Reassigning keeps your subscription intact and simply issues a new key.
- Upgrade before you outgrow your limit. The extra keys unlock instantly after an upgrade, so there is no waiting to bring a new site online.
- Watch the "in use" count. The plugin window is the fastest way to confirm how many domains you have left before you add a site.
