The Customer Portal at a Glance

Where to manage everything about your subscription.

The Customer Portal at a Glance

Your customer portal lives at /my-account/ on vibeseo.com. It is your self-service home for everything you pay for: your Vibe SEO access keys, which website each key runs on, your plan and billing status, and the buttons to add a site, move a key, cancel, or upgrade. You never need to email support for routine account changes. This lesson walks through what you see and what each control does.

Signing in

Go to vibeseo.com/my-account/. If you are not signed in, you land on a clean "Sign in to your account" card with the Vibe SEO logo. Enter your email address and password, then click Log in. There is a "Keep me signed in" checkbox so you do not have to log in every visit, and a Forgot password? link that emails you a reset.

If you just purchased and have not signed in before, look in your inbox for the "Set your Vibe SEO portal password" email. Set your password there first, then come back and sign in. If a login fails, the page tells you the email or password did not match and lets you try again. Once you are in, Vibe SEO always sends you straight to /my-account/, never to the WordPress backend.

The My Account page at a glance

At the top you see My Account and a line reading "Signed in as" your email, your business name if we have it, and a Log out link. Below that is the Your products section. Vibe SEO shows one window per product. If you own a product you get its details. If you do not, you get a "Get started" window so buying it is one click.

Your Vibe SEO Plugin window

If you own the plugin, this window shows your plan name and a usage line such as "1 domain, 1 in use" or "unlimited domains." On the right are up to three buttons:

  • Download grabs the plugin zip tied to your key.
  • Add a key (green) mints another access key, up to your plan's site limit. Single covers 1 site, 3 Domains covers 3, Unlimited covers as many as you want.
  • Upgrade (purple) appears if a higher domain tier exists. It lists Single ($45/mo), 3 Domains ($75/mo), and Unlimited ($129/mo), charges the prorated difference right away, and unlocks the extra keys immediately.

Under the buttons is your keys table, one row per access key, with these columns: the Access key code plus a Copy button, Status (Active, Awaiting activation, or Canceled, with a "Cancels at period end" note when relevant), Activated on (the website the key is running on, or "Not yet activated"), Plan, Next billing date, and two row actions: Reassign domain and Cancel.

Reassign, Cancel, and the data warning

Reassign domain moves a key to a different website. It issues a brand new key, cancels the old one immediately, and shows you the new code to copy and paste into the Settings page of your new site. Cancel stops that subscription. The key stays active until the end of the current billing period, then deactivates. There are no prorated refunds, and if you are in a free trial or a 100%-off coupon period you are never charged.

Both actions pop a red warning and make you tick a box that says you understand the loss. When a key deactivates, the plugin stops on that site and everything it built is permanently deleted: virtual pages, dashboard stats and Search Console history, scanner results, your keyword watchlist, block variations, internal-link suggestions, and content briefs. None of it transfers to another site. Export anything you need first.

Vibe Agentic and G Money windows

If you own Vibe Agentic, its window shows an active or trial badge, "$250/mo," your next bill date, and a reminder to turn agents on under Vibe SEO to Agentic in your site settings. Manage billing opens Stripe's secure portal to update your card, view invoices, or cancel. The G Money window shows the same status and billing details plus Open dashboard and Get the app buttons.

What good looks like, and common mistakes

A healthy portal shows each key as Active with the right website under "Activated on" and a sensible next-billing date. The most common mistakes are cancelling or reassigning without exporting first, since that data is gone for good, and buying a new subscription when you only needed Add a key or Reassign domain. Use Reassign to move a site, Add a key to cover a new one, and Manage billing for anything to do with your card or invoices.
